About Me

 Hi, I’m Robert Taylor, the founder and sole creative behind TheLifeWeCapture. For years, I’ve dreamt of building a platform that allows me to explore my creativity while supporting others in their photography journeys. This project has been a labor of love, and I’m excited to see the vision evolve into something truly special.

 As of 2024, I personally manage every aspect of TheLifeWeCapture, from website design and blog writing to social media management and product creation. What We Do

 TheLifeWeCapture goes beyond showcasing beautiful photos. It’s about telling the stories of the photographers behind the lens. Through our Featured Photographer Blog, I’ve had the honor of connecting with talented photographers from around the globe, sharing their unique journeys and insights.

 On social media, my goal is to build more than just a standard feature page. I strive to create meaningful captions that highlight the artistry and experiences of each published photographer.  Building a welcoming and supportive community is at the heart of TheLifeWeCapture. Our Facebook Group is a space for photographers to share their work, exchange tips, and connect with like-minded individuals. Whether you’re seeking advice or simply want to share your latest project, it’s a great place to be inspired and inspire others.

You'll be able to gain actionable advice from fellow photographers who have experienced and gone through similar struggles on a variety of different topics.

A wonderful blog for readers alike and a perfect place to share your own experiences. Learn about the best places to photograph, things to avoid, what gear to bring, and what all you can expect from these iconic locations.

Photo Challenges: Put your photography skills to the test and challenge yourself to create something new. There will be a variety of challenges and contests, some with prizes for the winners, that explore specific niches of the world of photography. Things like; photo editing a RAW file, capturing the best winter moments, or showing off a particular skillset like long exposure photography. All of the challenges and contests are free to join.

 Every blog reflects my mission of partnering with experienced photographers to provide relatable, actionable advice. Our challenges are also a wonderful outlet to express your own stories and creativity, and hopefully engage your interest in expanding your arsenal of composition.
