June 2026 - TLWC Update & Newest Info

Well I don't know how you feel about it, but to me 2026 is just blowing right on by! We've accomplished a lot behind the scenes here at TLWC within the last 5 months and we're very excited to announce we're super close to launching the next features for the TLWC community hub.

In this quick post I'll update those who are interested about some website changes, current features and services available to photographers, and then get into what you can expect to come before the end of June. Let's dive in! 

Website Changes 

We've been working hard the last 5 months to bring a better visual experience for all of our visitors and partnered photographers throughout TheLifeWeCapture's web pages. Our goal is to always provide the most important information for our featured photographers while simultaneously giving visitors an easy way to navigate and enjoy our content.

One of the main things I'd like to point out for our avid readers out there is our ad-free blog articles. We know how aggravating it is to end up on a webpage and instantly get bombarded with irrelevant ads. You'll never have to worry about that when you visit any of our pages. What you can expect is entertaining stories from our featured photographers along with their beautiful captures! 

Article Updates

Aside from customizing the overall appearance of our articles, we've added a nice personalization to each one in the form of photographer cards. These are used in our Featured Photographer Blogs and I'll include some sample photos below the list of additions.

• Photographer Card (all details about featured photographer)
• Featured Gallery (extra photos from featured photographer)

TLWC Profiles & Collections

Our partnered photographers gain exclusive benefits such as personalized profile pages on TLWC which showcase their favorite work, information about their photography and other projects, and stylized cards with all their important information. They also gain access earning profits by selling their photos on TLWC merchandise. More details about partnerships will be listed below.

We'll use Mik Dominguez's TLWC partnership to showcase what you can expect when you team up with TheLifeWeCapture.

Current Features & Services

While we're still working behind the scenes on some fun stuff I wanted to let you know what you can actively participate in today through TheLifeWeCapture. All of our features and services listed below our free to all photographers! 

• Social Media Features (story & post)
• Blog Features (feature photos & insights in any blog)
• Personalized Blog Article (your own dedicated blog)
• Community Polls & Prompts (community hub activities)

For everything mentioned above you can visit our Get Featured page and our Community Hub. Other than story features, you'll be required to fill out a questionnaire so we can get the proper details for your post and article. The polls and prompts will be in stylized cards with hotlinks that will pop up modals to fill out or take you directly to one of our active social media posts. 

TLWC Partnership Program

If you're interested in the more exclusive partnership with TLWC you'll have to sign up for a waitlist. This service is limited to photographers with ample experience and well curated portfolios. It takes a dedicated amount of time to create each partnered photographers TLWC pages so be on the look out for the next opening. 

All of our partnered photographers will earn a percentage of every sale of a product with their photo printed onto it. This is a way we've created to help our photographers earn profits for their work and encourage our visitors to know they're doing more than just purchasing a product. You'll be supporting a real artist, who takes real photos, and receive a premium product with high resolution prints.  

Coming Soon

Now that you know about all of the things we've updated and learned about what's currently available will layout the coming features for the rest of June. The most important being our Wildlife Photography and Spring Photography challenges! 

We're currently putting the finishing touches on all of the backend hosting and front end UI for these upcoming challenges. Along with that this project will also have a dedicated page for the photographers who win the challenge. Here's a list of what are challenges will have.

• TLWC Community Accounts (to track entries and votes)
  
• Per Voting System (vote on your favorite photos - most votes win)
• Winners Page (personalized card w/ photo & photographer details)

There's still some more ideas being developed, but we plan to launch our wildlife challenge within the first week of June. If all goes well then we'll roll out the spring challenge not too long after. Join our Instagram Community Channel to get the launch updates asap.

Other than that we are still fine tuning details for out Community Hub and creating content. We'd be happy to feature you in a social media post, blog article, or even hear your thoughts about things you'd like to see from TheLifeWeCapture.
